Cancellation Fee Key of San Diego Property Management requires no long term contract with our owners. All of our contracts are open-ended, meaning either party may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice. However, if cancellation is within the first year of our agreement without cause, there is a cancellation fee of $850.
